Life-Between-Lives

Life-between-lives (some may call it Bardo, Interlife or the Blue Mist) is the space between your current life and the one before. The times between death and re-entering the womb for another life. In a life-between-lives journey, you will uncover what happens to the soul before this lifetime through hypnosis.

What can you expect in a life-between-lives session?

A 2.5 to 3-hour session to explore the time and space between lifetimes. Before entering your life-between-lives journey, you will explore one past life as a gateway to the Interlife.

During the journey, you are a pure soul at the passage time between lifetimes. You will be greeted by your spirit guide(s) which they will guide you in the Interlife and call you by your soul name.

You may visit a few places of your choice:

✺ Your soul circle: to meet your soul family, people who made promise to reincarnate with you in this lifetime

✺ The library (some may call it Akashic records): where you retrieve information

✺ The classroom: where you learn from your teachers and masters

✺ The laboratory: where you are trained to use energy creatively

✺ The recreation: where you relax/have fun/heal

Not everyone goes to every place, it depends where your soul wants to take you.

After that, we will meet the council of elders (some may call them guides, judges, or pillar of light) where you will be able to ask 5 questions that you have prepared before the session, and receive guidance from your guides.

Finally, you will reach your life choice place, where you choose your body and parents for this lifetime. We will reflect on the whole journey before drawing the session to a close and bringing you back to full awareness.

We will follow up with hypnosis session(s) to strengthen the understanding or promote habit change if needed.

A past-life regression session is required at least 2 weeks before the LBL session to practice recalling information from past lives and interlife.

✺ Frequently asked questions ✺

  • We need to go through one past life before entering the Interlife. A past-life regression session is needed so that you already know how to go into hypnosis to recover memories before this lifetime and that you know how the spirit world feels.

    You can schedule a life-between-lives session 2 weeks after your first past-life regression session.

  • Usually people have no issues with recalling everything from their hypnosis session. However, since life-between-lives session is 3-hour long and most people do drift into deeper state of hypnosis, some may not recall all the details, especially from the beginning of the session.

    Since you will be communicating with me during the whole process, I will record the session and share the audio with you after via Google drive.

  • Hypnosis can be conducted effectively via Zoom, as well as an in-person session.

    Ensure you are in a quiet, comfortable, and distraction-free environment where you won't be interrupted.

    Before the session, test your internet connection, camera, and microphone to ensure they are working correctly. Consider using headphones for better audio quality.

  • It’s a good idea to avoid alcohol, caffeine or recreational drugs, and get plenty of rest before the session.

    Before your session, please list out 5-6 people in your life who had or are currently making an impact on your life - either positively or negatively. Please write down their name, their character, and the impact on you (please keep it simple!).

    Please also write down 5 questions for your spirit guides/council. I will guide you with the questions you have prepared during your journey.

    We will discuss them at the beginning of the session.

  • Journal about your session and make notes of how you felt. What are the new learnings and knowledge you gained from your journey? What changes do you want to make?

    Meditate and practice self-hypnosis to continue achieving peace and calmness within your body, mind and soul. Practice visualization to envision the change and the future you would like to achieve.
